Zoe is walked through every step: arms out and checked, legs spread and swept, cheeks pulled and mouth open with her tongue lifted, hair shaken out, waistband checked, and each bare foot raised in turn, “wiggle your toes, perfect.” Nothing is skipped and nothing is rushed. She is issued a dark green two-piece INMATE uniform and dresses. “Glad you got my size,” Zoe mutters. “It’s so fitting, like we knew you were coming.” Then it is back to the wall, hands behind her back, and the black ASP handcuffs go on again, followed by the ankle shackles clamped over her bare ankles. Mackenzi shoots the mugshots, front and both profiles, and marches Zoe down the corridor to a barred cell. A last offer to make a deal gets only “I want a lawyer.” The cell door slams and locks with a heavy clank, leaving Zoe alone on the cot, cuffed behind her back and shackled. When she complains she cannot even lie down, the officer moves the cuffs to the front through the cell-door slot and tells her lights out is coming soon. The video ends with Zoe locked in, cuffed in front and ankles chained, going nowhere. The End.
